Factory paint is what you want they should ship you in a new bo

No matter how you look at it you cant beat factory paint

My new truck is home after a long wait. I ordered it on Dec 23rd. and was built in May 28th. The tracker is still not updated.

I almost give up on it and kept my 2019 truck. The night edition was canceled by the factory but I still like it with chrome.

More than I expected. The dealer was very generous with the discount. I am very happy. If wasn't for the huge discount, I would wait and order a 2023.

I have bought a few trucks from this dealer before and they know me by name. I have enough equity on the new truck to jump on a 2023 NE if I want for next year. But I am just fine with this truck for now.

Now that makes sense. Looks like you didn’t add any of the electronics to your truck. Just a few basic non electronic add ons. I have nearly every electronic option ordered and I don’t have any status on mine whatsoever.

The only thing I didn't get because it wasn't an available option was the 360 surround view camera. I was really hoping for that. And maybe led lights but I'm good with what I ordered. Beats my beatup tundra I'm driving now

They messed it up. They input my first order without the NE. I made a second order with the NE and that is the order the salesman signed and I signed.

The manager (which doesn't work there anymore) did a mistake I guess. But they never admitted it, instead, they gave me a huge discount + the gooseneck Ball kit for free.

Apparently they decided NOT to replace dually fender bc “factory welds” so bondo and paint it is.. any idea what compensation should be?

I kind of figured that. Sucks but no one else will know about it.

Truck was finally built 06/19, sat in KZLD, then KZ till yesterday and updated to Rail 1. Just received below shipping estimate window. I’m hoping it’s on the early end of this window.

I’d tell them a new bed except the fact I got quite a few options from “outside vendors”. Not willing to take a chance on that wait time estimation, not to mention it probably would be sent back to mexico through The Suez. Who knows.

Did you pay extra for the goose ball? At the moment My 5er hitch serves a purpose, but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve thrown one in the cab for the price I paid!

I’m not upset with the 5th wheel hitch I paid for, but I would think Max Tow package should include both or give you the option.

I agree with you. The gooseneck ball kit should be part of the max towing package.

Those are the kind I let go until a few build up or I consider low risk events. I remember my 01 Wrangler had recalls for 'ignition could fail if exposed to a mixture of water and debris', and engine could catch fire if a collection of leaves built up under the intake manifold (or maybe it was the exhaust). Anyways....decided it was easier to not sink my TJ past the seats and wash out the engine compartment on an annual basis.

Dealerships don't get near my vehicles without a good reason. Airbags I've done.

6 seats surround cameras and blind spot monitoring are the reasons I stuck with a tradesmen. No other trim level offered that combo at the time I ordered ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
