New to this forum, not new to Rams. I have the push button start are there similar instructions for the push button? TIAStep 1
Sit in your car's driver seat and close the door. Make sure that all doors are closed.
Step 2
Place your Dodge Ram key in the ignition. Do not turn on the car. Buckle your seat belt.
Step 3
Turn the ignition key to the "On" position. The seat belt reminder light will turn off after a few moments.
Step 4
Buckle and unbuckle your seat belt three times within 60 seconds of turning the vehicle on. Buckle your seat belt one more time.
Turn the ignition to "Lock." The chime will sound one time to indicate that BeltAlert has been disabled.
Warning
It is against the law to drive without your seat belt buckled.
And / Or
Get a Seat Belt Extender, then you won't be restricted or have some features of your vehicle disabled.
I Did Both
Yes push button is similar. It took me 3 different attempts for it to work on my truck due to operator error lolNew to this forum, not new to Rams. I have the push button start are there similar instructions for the push button? TIA

Try putting premium in the tank.. many people experience the hemi tick when tryna save $12 a fill.Noticed how Hemi chirpy it is. That's what I noticed....again today. Disappointed as it really is a nice truck and when people ask why it sounds that way I feel I have to bash it and say...."ehh, it's a Ram. They all sound that way".

That was my first thought actually as it seems a bit more apparent than usual and on the way back from our last camping trip i stopped at a local Rez and filled up with who knows what 87. I ran that tank down and filled up with Sunoco 89 (not premium but not junk...) last week. Still chirpin.Try putting premium in the tank.. many people experience the hemi tick when tryna save $12 a fill.
Try 3 tanks in a row of 91 or 93 and or throw an octane additive for one of them. If you do not notice a difference then may want to think about changing the oil into something like Redline that is notorious for helping. I believe one of the two or both will solve the problem. The fuel quality plays a big part and when I had my Hemi, it was noticeable between a bad tank of fuel and a good one. That was my first thought actually as it seems a bit more apparent than usual and on the way back from our last camping trip i stopped at a local Rez and filled up with who knows what 87. Putting the front cat filter conversion I broke the little retainer clip for the fuel line so that's on pause but got the billet air intake heater delete plate in and the monster ram will go in after I get the fuel swap finished....anybody leave out that huge foam insulation piece sitting on the hard fuel lines?
