2020 ordering?

Well it's April 1st. I didn't see any change in (the lack of) incentives for 2020 2500 & 3500's. Anyone see any change??

I have not, but honestly, I never really see a change to around the 3rd or4th. Any one else notice that

Agreed.. that’s what I’ve noticed over the years with ram as well. Incentives are preventing me from picking mine up. It’s been at the dealer for 2 weeks. The dealer I’m buying from originally agreed to a price that they can’t honour without the no charge Cummins incentive (And didn’t tell me that when the new one was ordered, and my 2017 consequently sold ). No charge Cummins is a deal Canadian dealers typically have for incentives by April/May. I’m currently truckless, getting anxious with the current stage of affairs.

2500 mega cab longhorn. Patriot blue/cattle tan. Not going to be finding one like it on a lot any time in the next few months. Forced to wait anxiously for the truck I want for a good deal. Haha. Sucks.

Oh wow. Haas, i have worked very hard for my deal but man o man you must have some patience for your rig to be at the dealership an not go break her out. Don't know that i could do that, i would try but at this current state, i would probably cave

I know the feeling! I just checked on my truck and it is still in the shipping stages. To me that is telling me it is somewhere between the Built stage and delivery to my dealer. I sent an email to My @RamCares agent, hoping he can find something out for me.

I am going to have my dealer Sanitize my vehicle before I arrive to take delivery. They are offering this service now.

Don't email ram care, they never answer you back. Do the chat button or call. They will answer every time. They told me yesterday there loaded on the trains an heading out either late last night or this morning.

I understand where you are coming from.

The chat has always worked good for me but they usually give you the Bland/Generic answers due to what they are given on their computer screen. Sometimes you will get someone that is new or just doesn't want to do their job well. The gentleman at RamCares that I have been dealing with in regard to my previous bad situation did an Excellent job for me and is still watching over the new vehicle replacement. He has been on top of the entire situation, that is why I keep in touch with him through the email's this way I only deal with the same person each time. This also keeps confusion down.

Dealing with 1 person is definitely the way to go. I hate going through the whole story every day, gets on my nerves

Just had a chance to respond to your PM, @1FastHemi.

Truly appreciate your kind words by the way!!

Man o man, i wish we all got the treatment you get fast hemi. I hollered for 3 wks about my truck sitting in storage an why did ram care keep calling me every weak about that retractable step that I would tell them the same thing, i didn't want it an don't hold up my truck for it, then a wk later they would call again. An i know what your going to say , if you would talk nice to them they might get something done for you. Well, I started off being nice 3 weeks into the same question, then I got over it, an all customers should be treated with the same importance when you spend 85,000. Would of been nice when i reached out to ram care from this site if they would have responded. Yes, I've got a bad taste in my mouth

Dealer called today; said my truck is supposedly in W.S NC rail road, So now waiting game until it gets to the dealer.

I chatted with RAM Care yesterday (hate that) and got the terse, generic response from them - just like I always do. Then if you call RAM CARE with a case number, you get the friendliest reps who will bend over backward to help and inform you. I recommend calling...

At least I got them to say that expected delivery would be 04/16 - 04/30. They couldn't/wouldn't tell me another thing, like "is the truck in shipping (on rail) or waiting to be." They replied, "I have no further information" Ugh...

that's exactly how my calls go. An they won't give the status code unless you get a rare person that you can pry it out of. Last night, the lady even told me, ( sir it appears you have allot more information than me) , how is this possible. My salesman is off so I'm not getting it from him, maybe tomorrow. I just hope an pray my truck doesn't show up damaged. After this ordeal I don't know how ill react. Fingers crossed, but really why has it come down to like rolling the dice with your life savings. Shouldn't be

You're as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockers. Pour yourself a stiff one and chill.

My Taylor Wing box finally showed up today and I am disappointed by the cheap locks on it. Like an RV where everyone has the same key. If I get lucky, I'll be able to find a Global Link lock to match my RV. Haven't taken it apart yet.

Hahaha, yo bro, this is me chilled out on some apple crown. Obtw, I've been like this since the day i came out the womb. Bouncing all over the place an go cat go and strung tighter than a cat on a rope. Meeeeeeeeeeoooooooowwwwwweee. No animals were harmed in this chat.

Well good news/ bad news. My trucks on rail heading toward Reisor LA, wich is next to Shreveport, only about ut 200 miles from here. A lot of covid crisis in Louisiana right now but I think it's mostly in New Orleans. Is anybody else on a slow train named EXTRA heading toward Reisor LA

Truck finally arrived at the dealer on March 26, so a little over 11 weeks from order to delivery. Picked it up on March 27, drove it home 25 miles and parked it in the garage. Given our current stay at home situation, haven't driven it since!
That's a heck of a lot of chrome... I love it - looks awesome!

Dealer called and said the shipping dept. was given inaccurate information.
We should have put our hands on the truck before notifying you. Ughhh they said couple more weeks!

Ohhhhhhh noooooooo, that's awful, heart breaking. I'd have to have a drink for breakfast if I got that news.
