Anyone running a 295/65/20 on stock suspension?

I’m not sold on leveling mine either. Depends on how it sits hooked up to my camper. A lift wouldn’t help the sway bar rub anyway. That’s due to wheel offset.

Duh of course lol. I don’t wanna run wheel spacers either and wanna run stock wheels.

The rub really isn’t bad. Just a little at full lock. You almost can’t feel it. I’m just anal about stuff like that.

How is the road noise compared to what you took off? I'm thinking the same. tire.

I can’t give an honest reply yet. My truck has 490 miles on it and the tires went on at 344.

Since install all trips have been local and short.

I’m planning to head up to hunting camp this weekend so I’ll get about 300 miles round trip with about 200 of those on the highway.

I’ll update this thread when I’m back.

Finally got out on the highway for a decent ride. Didn’t notice any tire noise. Windows up and cruised @75-80 up the PA turnpike and I-81.

Lie-o-meter showed 12.8 round trip with a bunch of short trips and driving in the fields.

Sounds about right considering I’ve got less than 900 miles.

I noticed the front axle offset is to the right side which of course is where it rubs on the Thuren sway bar. Wish they'd quit offsetting the axle.

Ah, you didn't say Thuren in the first reply.

That offset is a function of the track bar at ride height and it's going to shift around so a little extra clearance is needed. With a solid axle on coils, the only way to avoid that is to convert to a 4 link.

Got my 295/65r20 on today. Went with Yokohama x-at
It runs just barley at full lock, I can’t even feel the rub I just hear it.

Hoping to get my 295/65/20 Nitto Recons this week. Running Thuren springs front and rear with their sway bar so I don't believe I'll have any rub...

What psi are you guys running your tires at? I ran my firestones at 55 front 50 rear.

I set the Yokohamas up the same way and the front seemed a little low visually so I bumped them up to 60.

I just installed 35x11.5x20 Nitto Recon Grapplers on my NE wheels and they fit great with stock suspension - no rub.
Did the exact same today but also did Thuren High Clearance Sway bar. Full lock, no rub
