Exactly!! I think very few provide it because they are lazy!

Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage however a Dealer ETA has not been provided. It will remain in this stage until delivered to the Dealer. Can anyone give me more insight into this reply. Is it in Mexico on vacation? Is it on a train enjoying the southwest scenery ? or a truck headed through a hail storm in Oklahoma? lol

Tradesman 3500 ordered 02/03/2022 stripped down for faster build time. Im not sure that strategy worked.
 
If you go to the first post in the following thread. It could really be in any of the KZ status codes. Could be at the point it is released from the plant or on the transport truck 2 blocks away.

As of Monday my sales guy told me it was "KZLD status. (Delayed) as of 4/25/2022". If it isn't too much trouble, I know you get a lot of requests on here. Would you be able to pull a more detailed status, or get an updated status? My VIN is 3C6UR5NL4NG267739.

No worries if you can't, I'll hit my sales guy up on Monday.

Just got off with Ram Chat to check on status. I'm confused as what does this mean.

Me (5/5/2022, 11:24:45 AM): Is there a date

Is it D status? Vin is 3C6UR5TL8NG318999 any insight would be great

scheduled=d1. ping your dealer for the ship date.

RAMChat can't get you the dates. Contact your dealer and they can get you the estimated ship date, which is basically your build date.

Ordered ours Sept 13 3500 Diesel SRW Big Horn Mega Cab from dealer in Ontario Canada. Still waiting, Dealer claims to know nothing about Truck order status. Apparently Canadian orders are not issued a VIN until Vehicle is shipped. How did you get your information?
 
I don't think this is correct. Should get a VIN once it goes to D status. Just saw someone post this in the other thread just today. They went D, got a VIN...and added their truck to ODS' spreadsheet.

Congratulations, nice to hear a Canadian order is actually being full filled. Ordered ours Sept 13 from Ontario Canada dealer. 3500 Big Horn Diesel SRW Mega Cab. Dealer has no information what stage our Truck order is in. Being told Canadian orders are not issued VIN until vehicle is shipped. How did you get your information list about the Truck build and delivery stages?

Oh wow. Will have to try talking to Dealer again. So frustrating to hear every month Dealer has no information. Frustrating to see orders months after ours built and delivered.
