Mine has been sitting at the truck yard in Kansas City waiting for a ride to the dealer for almost 2-3 weeks now..every day is another disappointment without a call from the dealer saying it’s finally been delivered. Ugh! For those still waiting, I thought the wait for the EL and window sticker was bad..but waiting for delivery after being built has been rough!

It is bad, but when you take that drive home you forget all about it.

Absolutely no clue at all.. NG265397 is I guess just a number in the clouds.. Dealership has nothing ram chat had nothing. I'll be a record wait I'm sure.

Same story almost exactly. I feel your pain. I go see the salesman tomorrow for my 6 month update.

Brv10 did get me some updated information last week.

I feel your pain mine is been sitting at Baltimore Md (which is one hour away from me) sense 4/8 Dealer has not given me any information whatsoever the salesman was surprised when told him the information I got from this forum

So I guess I’m getting my hopes up, I’m in Central PA and all I know is it’s coming to the Baltimore port. No idea when or what boat. They should let us go down and drive them to the dealers for them.

What dealer did you go through? Im in southern MD but decided to order from Granger. Couldn’t find any dealer around that could touch the deal. I’ve read the Baltimore port is one of the slower ports for transport. Bummer!

I when with Heritage in Harrisburg they gave me a grate deal on my trade in.
Yeah apparently there is a driver shortage
Even though the dealer has three trucks with gooseneck’s on the lot lol

I’ve been curious why the dealers (especially the high volume dealers) don’t work out a deal with FCA/Stellantis/Whoever to transport their own vehicles from truck yard to dealer. Operating costs for a couple trucks probably isn’t astronomical. There is a lot of $ in trucks sitting at the yard/port at any given time waiting for transport.

Insurance costs alone would deter most dealers, never mind the cost of ownership, fuel maintenance, etc…
 
L3 PW ordered 12-31. ram chat today "Your vehicle has completed the build process and is pending quality inspections to ensure that standards are met prior to releasing the vehicle. At Stellantis, you can be assured that we take vehicle quality seriously. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided."
anybody know what pending quality inspections means?

Damn, and those checks are only good for a minute! I think they told me 16 days!? That didn’t make sense to us. Dude I hope your situation gets resolved quick, deployments wait for nothing, and these sales have timelines. At best one option, you don’t want to hear, would be to start looking at the ‘23 and roll your deposit on one of those. If you didn’t go with MD, I’d look at recouping the deposit and going that route.

I hate to see a fellow Sailor in a tough spot.

deposit wasn't required but I left them 100.00 cash to show I was serious about order. truck was ordered in my name. bot sure I wanna accept a damaged truck. waiting to see it or pics to decide what I want ro do. if it's minor not a big deal but if the hit another car racing around the yard that's a whole different story. all I know so far is front end damage. if I didn't have this forum they would have fixed it and said nothing to me I bet. so I'm blessed qe have kind people in here looking out for others they don't even know you know who I'm talking about so thanks and I appreciate everything. I will keep everyone posted on my situation. I'll be home soon from a detachment in fallon the off to the deep blue for a bit before deployment. so I hope it's worked out as well. navy fed check is only good for 90 days. I need to use it by July 10th. or I loose out on 2.04 financing which is super low. fingers crossed everything works out in my corner
