Next time I order a new truck I’m going to Sandi at Mark Dodge..
The dealer that I when through has not done anything for me. I got my Vin# from Us Costumer Care.
Still waiting on a ticket atm
Ya its been 7 days since Sandi said waiting for a train ticket is averaging like 28 days so i figured id wait two weeks then email her again maybe ill get surprised but if not i guess ill still be waiting.Mine is about a week ahead of yours. It has arrived at the rail yard and is scheduled to be delivered to MD between 4/14 and 4/22.

Is my first time ordering a truck I usually go to the lot and pick one up from there.Everyone at MD is great. My salesperson is Renae. She has been excellent.
A friend of mine shopped at 4 different dealerships around the country last week, and he said that Renae Jamieson at Mark Dodge was very professional in her emails, much faster to respond, and offered the best deal.

Yeah, sounds like you made the right choice. Never heard of a dealer not taking a Bank Check. I tried to pay in Cash for a SUV & the dealer wouldn’t take cash! Go figure. Not sure yet what my dealer wants for payment when my new truck is delivered. I’m paying for the truck out-right so we’ll see how they want payment.VIN: 3C6UR5SL1NG214839
Week 4, going on week 5 of no movement from Baltimore rail yard.
Side note:
RAY BRANDT RAM in Harvey Louisiana treated me worse than any other dealer I’ve encountered. I found a similar build they had on hand and tried (I.e. jumped through hoops) to purchase the truck. I had reserved a flight, hotel room, made all financial arrangements, etc and things just kept getting worse.
First off, the brand new truck had a damaged height sensor on the air suspension so they were supposedly fixing that issue. Next I was told they do not accept wire transfers or bank/cashiers checks for the down payment and expected me to travel with $30k cash if I wanted to buy the truck because the manager refused to take any other form of payment “due to having local cashiers checks cancel”. The manager literally told me he wasn’t interested in making friends or anything beyond making money and selling cars and he wasn’t going to risk if I wouldn’t take a risk so we probably should make the deal. Never have I felt so disrespected when trying to make a purchase let alone a $90k pickup truck.
Don’t have to tell me twice… cancelled my reservations and ran, not walked, away from that truck. Be careful out there, I feel like things are bound to get worse as demand exceeds supply.
For me, the wait continues.
That was my preferred method of payment when I was in sales! I guess cash isn’t king anymoreYeah, sounds like you made the right choice. Never heard of a dealer not taking a Bank Check. Dave…
Sounds like a good opportunity for Civil Forfiture if they made you go ahead with ittravel with $30k cash
Ha, I knew it had to be a shortage of black/tan cows that was delaying my truck.Well folks, I just got to see the Stellantis June parts restraints list sent to dealers and anybody wanting to order soon is in trouble. They are struggling. Here are items from the HD List:
Mopar Options: Avoid these wherever possible. Increases ship time, delays, and is subject to more parts shortages.
Sunroof (all models): Avoid sunroof on all models.
Slush mats: Due to an industry wide shortage, please avoid Slush Mats on all models.
NOTE: As we progress through scheduling options may be added to this list.

Hopefully enough of those black/tan cows to build mine as scheduled in 9 days. I've been absolutely floored with how quickly I got a build date assigned.Ha, I knew it had to be a shortage of black/tan cows that was delaying my truck.
Seriously though, I had 8 of the items from this list on my truck. No wonder it took nearly 6 months.
Thanks for the info, like previously mentioned I have 8 of those options on my build. Even though I wasn't expecting my truck to be ready for pick up for a few months, I really didn't want to wait 6+ months. The information above and many of the other comments posted on this thread definitely help manage expectations.Well folks, I just got to see the Stellantis June parts restraints list sent to dealers and anybody wanting to order soon is in trouble. According to Sandi, there's 3 more steps: first the congrats call from her manager, then a zoom for financing, then a coordinator sets things up for you on their end. These folks have the game on point...Mine is about a week ahead of yours. It has arrived at the rail yard and is scheduled to be delivered to MD between 4/14 and 4/22.
