I noticed especially when the transmission and engine are listed and priced separately on the window sticker along with the fuel capacity being listed in liters.

Thanks. I think their give a crap meter is low because they know if I were to get mad and walk away they get to keep my deposit and will just sell to somebody else.

It's just that overseas efficiency. They are probably in India or somewhere in southeast Asia.

You are not completely correct. No towing for the first 500 miles to allow the rear end gears to break in if its a diesel. The gas models may have a break in period for the engine as well but since I don't own a gas model I can't say what the break in period is, but I'm sure it has one
 
Dealer told me D1 last week, just sent along the estimated “ship” date of 4/24. Ordered 2/16. 3500 Laramie Megacab Hemi
 
hello. I’m new to this. I ordered a 3500 I have a vin and von number. How do I track it to c where I’m at on being built. It was easy with my corvette u could text them and they would tell u to leave them alone no time soon. Lol

I generally contact RamChat and when their “verbiage” changes, I contact my dealer for a building code update. At this point for you (sounds like you are probably “D”), when RamChat tells you, “I am showing your vehicle has been scheduled for production. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly”, you have more than likely transitioned to “D1”. Contact your dealer and they can confirm and give you a tentative ship date (which is ship date to the next step, not ship date to the dealer, the next step being the build).

Thank you. I asked my dealer. He said he would try to find me some info out Monday. I was just trying get before him. Never been good with waiting game.

When I ordered my corvette u could just text a number and they would tell u ur status was so much easier.
