2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I curious to see your window sticker. I think you ordered a 2500 bh hemi like me and I think you were the day before me. I'm still in scheduling . Glad yours got built in a reasonable time.
You guys have an almost identical truck to mine, you have level c though.

Thanks for again thinking about me. I've heard nothing on the new Whitey and I've not checked with Sandy @MD. The last thing I heard was from a little birdie here that it was scheduled for a 3.14 build. I thought I saw @Basser53 say something a few pages back about his build getting moved back a bit. I do know that it's great seeing you, @ElkRam and @tyler2you (and many others here) getting both ELs and Window Stickers. @Duman has a LL right below me on the great @OfficerDirtySanchez 's tracking sheet and I hope to see his truck move soon. There's others here who've waited far longer than me, but it still makes me shake my head wondering what the hold up is.
D1 still

I really don't want to say too much because as of late the process has gone pretty smooth. Truck was built 8.5 weeks after ordering. made it on a train in like 2 days and departed the next day. made a quick 3 leg train ride and arrived at the rail yard 2 weeks after it left the plant ( I'm on the east coast) It was unloaded from the train 6 hours after it arrived and is now sitting in the yard waiting on transport to the dealer. This whole time I have heard people say that the wait was worse after the truck is built and I thought NO WAY because the fear of being the truck that never gets built goes away after the build, and I held that same thought process up until this point. Now I realize it does seem to get worse but it is definitely a different type of worse now. It's not quite as bad of a wait because of the nervousness that it won't show up, but more of a at the mercy of the transport kind of wait. I've been able to watch the tracking progress and ask questions along the way up until now. At this point I'm just waiting on a text from the dealer that it showed up. So for all the people waiting on the build process still, when you hear people say "it gets worse after it is built" I can tell you that part is true,. Just know that its a different wait. Hopefully I can add some pictures whenever mine shows up.......if it ever shows up lol.

Sitting and waiting knowing you’re almost done with the process is a bit unsettling, but I keep busy by working on this boat. “We’re not going to Louisiana until this boat is gone” says my wife regarding the sale of her boat.

So, while I know I will be picking up the truck eventually, all my energy is focused on setting fire to and sinking this money trap.

Level C was almost mandatory when I ordered if you wanted any other options. I have Ramboxes so not sure if that is what is holding mine up or maybe my order fell under someone's desk, lol.

My window sticker was available 2-12 and I thought, oh great, it'll be on a train a week and I'll be picking it up in a few weeks. Unfortunately I found out if you're in the northeast it goes by ship. Sadly and it's still at the port waiting for a ship. 14 weeks thus far since ordering, at least 2 more to go. It's just frustrating to know it exists but you can't get it. :-)

Mine was actually scheduled to go by ship and then when it got built the shipping changed to train. not sure how it happened but I was very close to buying a different truck until I got word that it changed.

Anyone order from south or central Florida? Once shipped, what was the transit time like? Thanks.

oddly enough I have some updated info from the horses mouth. Spoke with a guy from the transport company who is actually stationed at the distribution center ( railyard ) where the trucks come off the train. He said the driver was supposed to get my truck last night but didn't make it in time so he is scheduled to pick it up this morning. he also said that I can come pick it up myself from them as long as the dealership knows about it or that someone from the dealership can come pick it up. The only stipulation is that once the truck is loaded on the trailer and given to the driver they don't like to release it to the customer, wich is understandable because its already loaded up on his truck and its his job now. So if it doesnt get delivered today then I will be sending the dealership over to get it tomorrow

Heck at this point I'd take it if it was even delivered by air..
