Foam cup holder inserts in doors

This thread it too funny……..I took mine out of my 2014 Laramie when I traded, I noticed on the test drive the 2021 Tradesman didn’t have any!

Honestly, I didn't know there was an insert. I looked today, and there is just the one in the drivers door on my 21 Laramie.

Another thing I didn't know I needed until I visited the forum. I too only have one, so I just ordered the example above off Amazon. I like them as much for keep small things from rattleing around as I do as a cup holder

My 2020 3500 Laramie only has the driver side cup holder insert.
My 2016 1500 Big Horn has both sides. However, the passenger side never gets used. I could move it to my 2020 3500 but it wouldn't get used there either

That is weird. My MSRP was about 10K less than that. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to it whatsoever.

My was high due to most every options. Should have maybe went to Limited right off the bat. Maybe would have got cup hold on right side!!

LOL. You could reach out to the dealer, they may give ya one.

Dave Smith was ok during order. After that not so great. Added 100,000 mile warrenty and still no paper work as to what I purchased. Got Digi shield paint protection and it was bubbled on bumper. Digi said they would fix but now since I live in area they don’t serve I’m to contact Dave Smith for fix. Not what you expect for customer service on 80 K truck. It is now 2 and 1/2 months since I had truck shipped to me. Dave Smith customers beware. Same for Digi.

Just spoke with my salesman, he said starting in 2020 the trucks only come with 1 cup holder, he had a couple other customers ask the same question... $70k for a truck and they can’t even give you that second insert.....

He is full of **** my 2022 came with both.

Maybe was a dealer add? There’s nothing about it on your build sheet.

This is on my ‘22 build sheet and only came with drivers side.
