2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Given what I know about what you do, I would still go so far as to say they also help the driver to see rearward as much as helping the cameras.

Rotating the mirror housing, they can also be used as spotter/worklights to a certain extent.
They do a bit to the rear, never thought of the worklight idea, need to be careful with power fold mirrors though.

Hey everyone,

Just ordered a Power Wagon Level 1 today with Mark Dodge through talking with Kippie Taylor. The process was super easy and I just wired my $1000 deposit (I was hoping to use a credit card for points).

MSRP is $63,795.
Mark Dodge sale price $56,474, plus $444.

I'm planning on joining tread lightly to get the $500 discount. I've seen a few other mentioned such as Penfed and Trucar coupons so I'll look into those as well.
Tread Lightly is a 1% below Dealer Invoice. Looks like MD has already got that beat! Don't waste your $100 on Tread Lightly.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 or 8 hundred pages back, someone mentioned that they had waited so long and checked on their build so many times that they had their VIN memorized. At the time I thought..... nah, I'll never memorize mine. Now.... I've checked so many times that I can recite it!
I still know it 3 months after delivery.

Congrats on the truck! I'd prefer they didn't wash it to lessen the chance of scratches and swirls, lol!
Same. I made an appointment with my ceramic guy for undercoating and ceramic coating, and he wanted me to request that the dealer not wash the vehicle prior to delivery. Makes more work for him if they hammer it with the brushes before he gets his hands on it.

100% truth

Granite Crystal Metallic. My current truck is black...time for a change .

I’ve got that RAM Red (PR4) on my 2500, and I wanted that smoke color on my buddy’s Built to Serve Ram, but they didn’t have it. So I went with the Diamond Black.

Still though, I like this color…

Congrats! Looks like the one i ordered :)

Wonder how they know which are hdram forum orders? Unless they just assume all remote orders are?

I’m sure majority of forum members tell them where they heard of them.

I can swing through there tomorrow on my way out of town if you want me to. I don’t mind.

I’m not going to tell you no if you want to. The end of my delivery date range isn’t until the 22nd. I’m definitely finding the wait from the train yard to the dealer to be the worst part of the whole thing.

It’s a 2500 Mega Limited Granite Crystal Metallic. No Ram boxes and chrome bumpers.

Sadly I know the canceled order vin and the LL vin.. still nothing at all thinking its a darn unicorn at this point.

Believe the tread lightly program essentially gives you the same "discount" as being an Affiliate member (someone working for a company who is an affiliate).

Although MD is already probably a couple thousand less than affiliate price, they give an additional $500 discount off their selling price if you're an affiliate member (so I think Penfed or treadlightly or any other odd membership that has the affiliate program as a benefit will get you the additional discount).

I originally agreed to a price back in December without the affiliate program included - did my paperwork earlier this week and asked them about it and they knocked another $500 off the already agreed price - just had to email the required docs which was the control number and a paystub. Anybody working for a "larger" corporation may already have the benefit and not know it (if you have access to the GM supplier program - probably have access to the Ram/Chrysler Affiliate program)
