Same here, I got a boat ride to Baltimore too. I’m going to Jim Shorkey North Hills. On December 15th my salesman texted me and said it was loaded on a truck and should be here any day now. Who knows if that’s even true or not
Mine is KZ as of the 27, but no one can tell me if its on the train yet. I was KZLD for a while too.
This is exactly how the MDS works in my 10 year old 1500. I sometimes lock it out when around town driving. When it kicks in at lower RPM there is a distinct change in sound that I find very annoying.

I’ve seen in other brands that you can deselect the “MDS” and the auto engine off at stop lights, but you have to select that option every time you start the truck. Are RAMs the same?
I ordered the same as you on 10/11/21. My Limited is in the the same status as yours, no movement, since VIN.
LOL Another newbie who wants to skip the first 1000 pages. The answers are in the pages, "March yourself back to page 1 and suffer reading and taking notes like the rest of us"! In all seriousness there are zero direct answers that make 100% truth. One Member may get lucky and get a good honest answer from RAMChat. The next 100 Members not so much. A few Members have luck with their dealership, many don't. FCA and the Factory its self can't give you direct answers either via email/phone. The Rail Shipping companies won't provide you shipping information unless you work for them or are a direct customer and use their rail cars for mass shipping. A couple Members (who knew the Rail Car Number their truck was loaded on) were able to use the automated system to get some information, but could never talk to an actual Customer Service Rep. What works for one Member doesn't necessarily work for the next Member.
The wait is much worse when it’s built, and in the USA but no one knows where it’s at lol
Curious what dealer did you use? My POC says it is in the Denver region. Will it off load in KC without going to Denver?
I know exactly how you feel, this last stage of waiting for the truck to arrive at the dealer is maddening and you have been waiting longer than me. Getting the trucks from the rail yard to the dealership seems to be a surprisingly slow process in Washington and Oregon. I hope you get some answers from your dealer, or even better get the truck!

I checked Ramchat one time and one time only and was told at the 1 month mark that my build was waiting parts. So no, the response to you that they have all the parts must not be a standard response.
Is yours sitting at Barnes Yard in Portland? Mine has supposedly been there for a week. Salesman initially said it would be about a week for it to hit the lot. Now they told me a little bit of snow has delayed it (roads are clear) and they have no idea when it will get to the lot. I’d go get it myself if they’d let me. The yard is only 20 minutes from the dealer. Frustrating.
