2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Most dealers don't like to provide that document to the buyer because it shows too much information. HB, FFP, EP most dealers don't want the customer to know this information. In this case this is an honest dealer for sure.
Luckily my dealer will give it to me as I qualify for the FFP $.

I just wanted to thank the admins and others on this forum who have been such a wealth of information! I'll be moving over to the other forums here now as I have received the truck.

I flew to New Orleans and met the Mark Dodge rep at the baggage claim and was on the way home in my new truck within 10 minutes. There's a couple of minor things with the truck I need to get sorted (Factory issues, not Mark Dodge). BY the time I had gotten home, I had all the paperwork needed to register the vehicle in Florida and have to say I'd order again from MD with no reservation.

Here's the details and a couple of pics.

He didn't say an entire semi was traveling for a dollar $1.18 a mile. That's per spot. He charges another person or two that much money, then he's getting a pretty decent rate for a hot shot. I used to do it for a living and I was happy to get a buck per mile on a vehicles. I only hauled cars when there was nothing else available because normally I was hauling for about $2.50-3.00
Yes I know! I understand per spot however, most Hot Shots are operating with 3-4 car carriers not 10 Car carriers. Given the weight and size of these units more than likely only 2ea 3500 dullies can be loaded on a 3 car hauler. I've been on both ends of the business as an operator and as a business owner. I had over 500 Transport Companies in my database and we moved 8-10K cars per month for GMAC. Regardless the Poster getting the rates has to make the final decision. I just wanted to give them a heads up to be careful whom they choose to move their new $70K ride..... After all isn't this what the Forum is all about? Helping each other with advice? Cheers Partner!

Good thing! I qualify for the EP pricing but after searching for the past year, several dealers told me Chrysler told them they didn't have to honor that price. I finally just gave up and went back to the way normal people purchase trucks..... haggle...LOL

I had a dealer an hour and a half away with a truck like I ordered minus the 4.10s in stock. I called them and they said Chrysler stopped honoring the pricing. I called their bluff and got ahold of the dealer my family and I have used several times and they said no problem honoring the pricing, the only problem was I’d have to order it because they had 0 in stock. I let the GM at the original dealership know and they tried to get me to come buy there and I told them no thanks.

UPDATES to status thanks other folks on this Forum I've actually have an update: 3C6UR5FL1NG116842 build and on train. After being updated from a kind soul on this forum, I called the dealer and finally took my call!!! Dealer verified it truck on a train headed to Orlando and gave it a delivery of 12/16/2021. this truck is actually a Lakeland Motors LLC in Florida. I was not clear when providing information in a previous post.

Please update and I thank you for doing so.

Yeah I got tire of messing with them and while I was home on Vacation stopped in to visit my local dealer. It's a very small town and everyone knows everyone. Only problem is I'll have to fly in and drive the truck home. Darn! I'll have to visit all my family for the holidays..... cause you know I'm going to want to show it off.... LOL

I love that color! Very nice looking rig!

There are no AF Bases near Huntington, WV.... lol I was going to check out that dealership, but decided to stick with my hometown dealership. Yours will probably arrive at Lordstown Rail Yard in Warren OH as well.
It’s a smaller dealership but seems to be decent. This is my first time dealing with them. I’ve owned GM my entire life until this one. I am the Active Duty AF recruiter for the area. Wright Patt is the closest to me and it’s about 3 hours away. Yea I was assuming Lordstown is where it would be headed.

Retired AF after 23 years. I too was GM most of my life. I'm from the Gallia County area across and up river from you.... Seen you in uniform and just wanted to say hi.....

HOLY MEGACABS BATMAN!!! Just got the email from Aaron at Mark Dodge. My MegaCab has landed!

I am hoping I can get everything in order to head there Saturday morning to pick it up. Plan to arrive around 11am and on way back to TX soon after. Taking a rental car. The rental office is very close to Mark Dodge so will arrange for them to pick me up there to get over to their lot.

Hoping others from the Nov-10 to Nov-20 Port Allen trains are coming soon, too. @rossagge details about HATA getting their haulers back on the road could help relieve Mark Dodge's backlog.

In all fairness, Sandi told me, and everyone else I believe, expect 1-3 weeks after train arrival and today is 1 day shy of 2 weeks. Smack in the middle of her estimate.
