Your second sentence confused me…necked down part? You saying the truck pipe won’t go in the bigger part of the 6”?

They are supposed to give them to the buyer,I believe it's a law in Michigan, not sure about other states, all my years at dealership we HAD to leave them on for the customer or put them in the glovebox.

I think thats a good idea - should be part of law - but i have seen a lot of variation in practice - have to research the Monroney law that created the stickers - pretty sure they have to be displayed on new vehicles available for sale, but never heard they had to be given to buyer. I have always requested it - somewhere I still have the one from my 1971 Charger 500.

From Wikipedia - for what its worth, I have never removed a Monroney Sticker.

"The Monroney sticker or window sticker is a label required in the United States to be displayed in all new automobiles and includes the listing of certain official information about the car. The window sticker was named after Almer Stillwell "Mike" Monroney, United States Senator from Oklahoma. Monroney sponsored the Automobile Information Disclosure Act of 1958, which mandated the disclosure of equipment and pricing information on new automobiles."

"The Monroney sticker is required to be affixed to the side window or windshield of every new car sold in the United States and can only be removed by the consumer (Chapter 28, Sections 1231-1233, Title 15 of the United States Code). A fine of up to US$1,000 per vehicle for each offense is authorized if the sticker is missing, and other fees and penalties are authorized if the sticker is altered illegally (including imprisonment).[4] The act does not apply to vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than 8,500 lb (3,856 kg)."

Well, I’m on beer 7 so now I’m a lawyer. That is correct.

When she hits that mileage is when the fun begins. Engine swap , bigger tires, lift kit, becomes off road only queen
 
Stray cat... 1ft long scratch with 1 claw and 6"scratch with second claw... Just had a graphene coating put on on Sunday though... My detailer thinks it's just a scratch on the coating and it'll hopefully buff out... Sigh ..

For anyone keeping score, there is finally some movement in early truck orders over the last 4 days - granted NOT ENOUGH - but there is a grain of hope.
