Thats actually where the name pork butt comes from, they used to store the meat in a “butt” full of salt for sea voyages.

Side note. That ride was fantastic. Didn’t know what it was about when we got on. When they asked why we were caught on a transport from a rebel base our 8 year old son said “we were just bringing you pizza”. One storm trooper said “Then where’s my pizza?” And the other “we’ll see how funny you are when the emperor arrives”.
