I just did my weekly Ram Chat check on my 8/14 build. Still in D with no information as to what parts they are waiting on. Rebecca said she would escalate my case and someone would email me. I’m not expecting anything other than a canned BS email but wondering how long that takes based on others experienc. Yes I know others have been waiting much longer than I, but when trucks with very similar builds are getting shipped after I ordered I want something more than “we don’t have access to than information”.

Yippee-5/18 Mega 2500 Limited build sheet today!!!!

Man, you got me all excited!! Checked my 2500 Limited Mega, but no dice! I guess it’s to hard to throw one on the line with a Hemi in it! That would definelty be one of the questions I asked if I could talk to a Ram factory rep. I’d like to know what all could go down the line together? Just Mega’s, or just Limited’s, Laramie, etc, or just Cummins, or just Hemis. I guess we’ll never know

You guessed right. "Escalated case" "priority", these seem to be words to put you at ease but are empty. Myself and others don't seem to have any more priority. I've only received one email, which was generic for, "we'll email you updates as soon as there are updates." Haven't recieved any updates but Ram Chat let me know one missing part showed up a couple weeks ago but more parts are still missing. It's been pretty dismal

Just heard from Sandi. This looks promising. Idk hiw it got out of the plant before brv10, i know it was built almost a week after his.

Sandi provided me with a similar update. Hoping the estimated Ramp ETA is correct.

@OfficerDirtySanchez, I just glanced at the spreadsheet and noticed that it looks like there was an update to my status with todays date that says KZ-M.
Do you know if that was updated today? Is that valid? Did you just find that out? Just curious because brv10 told me this morning there were no new updates so I'm hoping that means you recently received an update???

What was the law enforcement discount? Mine should be delivered in a couple weeks, haven't seen any incentives but usually the law enforcement discount was always about $500

I feel your pain.....according to your signature mine is the same truck as yours....except mine is billet silver....my sequence# is 25 higher than yours (your 922 and I'm 947) mine was ordered the same day as yours but about.....10 minutes later....LOL

So i had an interesting happening. My dealer started giving some really poor answers begining of october. Then they told me 3 days prior to being bought out by a big national dealer that they about to change hands and the gm, sales manager and finance manager didnt know that they would have jobs come the next monday. I consulted one of my friends who has been in the business for 50 years and he said the new ownership has a bad habbit of shredding preexisting deals and charging full price with the context of old owners, old deal, new owners, new deal (a 6000 dollar question mark i didn't want to find out about). So i quickly canceled my order (thankfully they gave my deposit back with minimal fuss). I reordered with Sandy at Mark Dodge the same day so I started over at the 15th of October, but the bright side is im getting over 2000 off what i was going to pay, and got to add some extra goodies that budget didn't allow on the last order. They appearantly did not cancel the truck, and im waiting for it to get to their lot to see what they are charging on it. They were selling all vehicles at around 2% off msrp and now the new owners are in all prices are above msrp by about 2%.
