Looks like they got a big order of ttpms in stock and cranked out our trucks. :-)

question about the trucks in shipping. Are the trucks locked up and the keys separated from the vehicles? Wondering if the migrant smugglers would be able to get inside the trucks…. Or just on and around them.…

(Yea, old and bum knees here.) This year the core team all have new "SUV" cars that are useless so I'll be the one hauling 3-4 of us around in my $87K "pickup" with no way to kill those lights.

Anyone else notice this? The paint ones are not of concerned I already got all those off, but the buttons inside I have not. I've tried scratching at with my finger nail and some has come off but not really. I'm trying to just ignore it but my OCD is killing me on my all black interior to just know that there's a blue mark even on a button I can't see.

Suggestions anyone?

I didn't notice at delivery but the interior on my Limited, including some of the leather dash and seats, had what appeared to be windshield sealant in several spots. I'm basing this assumption off blobs of sealant also found on the outside trim pieces. I'm still trying to get that crap off the interior. It's barely noticeable now but I know it's there and it bugs me.

Microfiber cloth and start with the mildest thing and work up from there. May take a little soft brush agitation. Don't use a stiff brush as it may scratch some plastics.

Dish soap
Ethanol (denatured alcohol)
Vaseline*

* Little know household tip. If you like to put out Hummingbird feeders with the red flowers and bees are getting at them, put a very thing schmeer of Vaseline around the outside edge to keep the bees away. The hummers will still feed from their centers.

As far as i can tell you don't have an Equipment List yet - I was tracking trucks with Equipment Lists (meaning truck is built) but no Window Stickers (meaning most likely JS status for more than a couple of days = pending something prior to release to shipping). 31 of 36 (but not mine of course) showed up when I pulled VINs from my list on Chrysler site this AM - substitute your VIN in link below to see - but I did and its not there or on Equipment List yet. On the good side, if the TTPMS were holding trucks up (speculation), they appear to be available and that should not hold you up once you are built.

Or spray nine. If its chalk, water , maybe Dawn should do? Why did the dealer not take care of this during prep? Most aggressive I'd go is alcohol. WD, acetone or any other petroleum product will take the white letters off the interior.

Ram Chat gave me my VIN the day after I ordered it with just the VON ;)
 
There are many good plastics cleaners out there, any auto parts store will have them

Ram Box painted covers coming off

Well, I got home this weekend and picked up the new truck. I see many here stating they had long delivery times, I was lucky I think I’m comparison. Order to delivery 11 weeks to the day. I am in upstate NY so not like I am near a processing yard. Again I think trim levels have a lot to do with build dates and delivery times follow after that. I will say that the HO engine WILL spin the rear tires off the truck if you are not careful. Pulled a 14,000lb dump trailer 1/2 hour after leaving the dealer and it was effortless.
