Decided I would pester ram chat...again...expecting to hear the same old same old that all parts were gather and waiting to enter the build process. Can you possibly confirm @brv10 if you have time? No build sheet yet though that I’ve seen.

I believe the standard is when your window sticker populates, it has shipped. Definitely confirm with your dealer though. I'm not 100% positive on this information. Just hearsay
Not the case. I've had my sticker for over a week now. No movement on shipping. Waiting assignment. Getting the sticker should mean it's gone through all inspections and ready to be shipped.
 
If it's any consolation, every delivered HD has been way under the estimate given for time on the truck to dealer run, virtually every 3 day trip has been 2-3 hours and so on. Now the RR on the other hand, we need us some of those Bullet trains here!
Makes me feel a lot better!!!!! :p

I must be the exception to that...
 
So if RamChat wont tell me anything beyond "shipping", how are you all finding out when it goes from KZ-LD to actually moving on the train? I've gotten emails when it went to D1 and when it went into framing, can I expect one when it goes to KZ-T? I don't want to bug the dealer daily lol
 
I know!! I was shocked to see the same thing. My wife is in the market for a 3/4 or 1 ton SRW and we’ve been doing some online searching. She’s found several 2021 trucks listed at dealers as “in transit”. I initially thought she was mistaken but she was absolutely not. Unreal how many 21’s are still in the transport stage out there.

On side subject, I just called in to Ram customer care to see if there’s an update on mine. No update. Still in JS status waiting for an inspection or a slot on a rail car. Not what I wanted to hear but nothing I can do at this point and sit on my hands like everyone else. On a positive note, I spoke with an agent named “Lois” and man….she was very pleasant and nice to work with over the phone. If you call in there, and she answers, consider yourself lucky. Probably the best agent I’ve had on the phone through Ram to date. They need more people like her answering the phones.
