2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

And I saw Vascor 2 weeks ago and it's gone.

The good news is that the wife's Super Duty that we ordered a month ago still hasn't been picked up by Ford. My truck may still get here before hers.
You win the bet?

So do the longhorns I thought?

Both the Limited and Longhorn are on the same tier. Both offer the highest quality materials available, along with the adaptive LED lighting. This is why Ram changed the name from “Laramie Longhorn” to “Limited Longhorn” in 2021 to reflect it being alongside the Limited. However, the Limited has a $5k price increase over the LH on base price only due to the fact that the Limited comes equipped with more standard options. If you build a LH all the way to match a Limited in options you will notice only around a $500 difference in price.

Could anybody provide an update on where the rail car is? Supposed to be in Portland today?

Two other big differences are that the Limited comes standard with the RamBox and the 12" screen. The Longhorn does not have the RamBox (it's a $995 option) and comes standard with the 8.4" display.
EDIT: Also, the Limited comes standard with 20" wheels and the Longhorn with 18" wheels.

@brv10 do you know what is the average wait time is..... once you hit D1 until the truck is in the build process?

Is it true that some are built right away and others sit in D1 for weeks?

I would like to know what the time difference is for the Laramie's Vs Limited's for this question? I'm sure no one knows for sure.
My 3500 Laramie CC has been in D1 for 21 days today. Well, it went back to C for 2-3 days during that 21 days, to be accurate.

Correct! That is why the initial base price is $5k higher. All of those options are available on the Longhorn for a premium. Thus therefore, a fully equipped Apples to Apples Longhorn is almost equal in price.
