Spoke with ramchat. Said truck was on way to dealer. Sent me a link to track it. It asked for an email and password. How do I sign up for this?

Looks like you need an account UN/PW set up by an administrator. There is no provision to create an account, only to reclaim the account.

Found this on another forum. Apparently it’s the logistics company that’s used:

Rubicon VLS handles the logistics for FCA from Toledo to final destination (yes thats the companies real name). A whole network of rail, truck, and even boat is used to get the vehicles to end point. They are the ones who decide what routing the vehicles need to take. If you search you can find the portal on the net to track everything we want, we just dont have a dealer login

They have an office in Mexico City as well. I wonder if they handle the logistics for all the 2500/3500 being built in Mexico.

Same. Stellantis said mine is in “the shipping phase”. Sandi said it’s still D1. I knew it was too good to be true!! Oh well, lots of other good people to hang out on the list with.

WoW! Another nice truck. You and Thompsre08 must have tried to out do one another..... LOL Glad to see some folks getting their trucks soon!
