Just got this from RamChat

“Thanks for your patience! I can see your order has completed the build and has been shipped to storage. This is either to wait for room on a rail car or it may be receiving additional inspections. It should ready to ship out very soon!”

Although vehicle has been built I do not have a window sticker yet. I am not worried, just thought others who are waiting for window sticker might want to know.

Truck is shipping to Mark Dodge, Louisiana.
Standard...

The issue started when they went from an old school starter relay to a solid state one.

Does look like they have a fix though. Being anything after Oct 8th is not connected to this.
That site says there no fix yet
Tell them to get a relay out of parts for a 2019 and bolt it on.
There isn’t a written fix right? I’m about to send this screenshot to my salesman . Stellantis told me dealers are not allowed to sell the truck until it’s fixed

Latest and greatest from Ram Chat..

Amber (10/23/2021, 8:35:53 AM): I can see your order has been released from the factory and was approved for shipping. Shipping arrangements have not been completed yet but it should be leaving soon! There is no ETA listed but it should be generated in the coming days.

They figured out some sort of fix. I missed the call from the dealer as I was boarding the plane and he was calling to tell me Ram had issued a stop sale order. But I just landed 1.5 hours later and they told me they had a fix and that it was going to take about an hour to get it done.

Salesman told me they have to wait to speak to star then go from there. I’m heading to dealer to pick up my check now because I don’t even know if I want it anymore. Arriving damaged then dealer delaying getting it pdi now this .

I know but I know they will give me zero answers Monday and then get told it will be a couple of weeks. That’s when I’ll write it off and just keep my 20 limited it’s been a absolute nightmare since June

that sounds like a quick fix. swap the relays back to the old electromagnetic and drive away
If only the dealers had this info instead of hear say . Complete bs that they don’t have a remedy and can hold my truck from me
