What did you do TO your RAM today?

My Daughter n law just bought the 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited L, I was surprised it had u connect 5. It is beautiful and the interior is second to none, what a beautiful ride.
 
Washed it and drove it to the store. I did turn around and look at it as we walked away. It still looks good.

They are beautiful trucks, especially with a leveling kit & nice wheels and tires. Come on Ram gimme my new truck. One way to slow down time is to order a new Ram, the last 13 weeks have seemed like 13 years.

I did that over the weekend, even as far as going to the store after. On the way back to the truck I realized exactly how **** of a wash job I did.

You best believe I was back at the wash Sunday AM.

...then I refused to drive it today and yesterday because of the rain.

I can so relate to the ending…. My wife laughs at me and said one time “ I didn’t even know that was thing, don’t drive it cause its raining and going to get dirty”
Mind you I spent 5 hours detailing her car yesterday.. I wonder how long it will last! The good thing is, no rain in the forecast for the next several days.
 
Peeled the passenger side "4x4 offroad" sticker off the bed this morning. Will do drivers side this evening. Thought they stuck out like a sore thumb being the truck is a night edition and they were the only thing not black or blue on the truck.

Thats why I went decal delete in the order process. Good call on removing them.

My local dealers weren't going to give me any deal on ordering one, so I found this one on the lot about 70 miles away from me and made a decent deal. It already had them, so I figured i'd pull 'em easy enough. I gave it a few days before I did it to be sure, but they definitely needed to go. With chrome instead of night edition they would have probably been OK, but I wanted night edition. Just not a fan of chrome.
 
Spent 3 hours at the car wash getting both trucks done. decided while I was sitting there doing nothing, I'd find a mobile detailer.
Found one and the price is only $5 more than what I pay now at the car wash. So I invited him over to discuss things.

First wash will be this Friday. If I like his work, soon after then I'll get a full detail and wax on both of them. Now I can sit at home and work on stuff rather than spend time sitting at the car wash. Hopefully this guy is reliable and shows up each week.

And of course after getting both trucks washed on Sunday. Woke up to rain Monday morning. :rolleyes:
 
Tik Tok made me do it....Ive had some different generic covers in the past and haven't had much luck, so I splurged. Ruff Tuff ebony croc with diamond quilted perforated black. Very happy with the fit.
