Figures that they still haven’t updated the Cab and Chassis build configuration. Still shows 2020 and 2021 :( I guess I can’t confirm my 5500 build options. Maybe next year they will show 2022s.

I suppose I have not asked directly but told Sandi both when I spoke to her on the phone to order and thru email that I would really like to have the truck before Nov 1st so I didn't have to rent a truck to tow my car to the Sema show, she said "it would be nice if it showed up before then but don't count on it"... I was told by Ramshat that I was going to upgraded to the I11 priority or whatever the code was but obviously that was just bull$hit lip service

Yeah the dealerships really have no control over when stuff arrives. All they can do is try to persuade their regional managers to help keep things moving but the supply chain is so broken right now it’s tough to get drivers for trucks or crews for trains to transport items

Not sure what having an equipment listing means as far as the process goes, but just nice to see what all equipment will be going on vs how we ordered it using 2021 build sheet.

Thanks! Big Horn DRW with everything except bags, 12" screen, and sunroof. Ordered July 16th.
 
So I was able to get my VIN today, (just ordered on Wednesday) and I put it into the google doc but 4WD and DRW did not show up. Did I do something wrong or miss a box?

Best thing to do is talk to your dealer and verify that all your wanted options actually made it into the vehicle
