2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

So my last POC Sandi sent said I would ship Oct 8. I checked my VIN today and it would appear my truck is built as I now have a build sheet. Crypto stickers is not showing anything yet though. So cool! Ordered July 16/21. One step closer…

I wish I was in d1. I am still D since 7-13 12xxxx

I’ve given up hope that I’ll see the truck before Christmas. If it comes…it comes. Thankfully my wife’s grandfather let me borrow his spare truck until the new truck does come in! Going from a 1979 to a 2022 is going to be like stepping into a time machine (if it ever gets here)

This forum and thread is bittersweet. I'm addicted and only depressing myself by constantly watching this thread and checking the build tracking sheet.

Going to have to take a mental break for a while boys and girls! Wish me luck!

Beautiful truck.

I ordered my 22 3500 Laramie on 7/14 as well, but don't even have a build date yet. Crazy how random the timelines are.

I just got this from my dealer when I asked the status of my truck: Chrysler system just says TBD to Spokane, what ever that means?

Well, sitting at the dealer with 5100 miles on my 2021 to see how much they want to buy it. I'll be working an outage 84 hours a week until November 10, and the new truck will be here before that. So I may as well consider selling this before the 2022 models propagate throughout the dealership lots and knock the 2021 trade values down.

I had considered selling a 2019 outright and then ordering and waiting for a 2022, but in Ohio I would lose the tax offset. We only pay tax on the difference between the trade in value and the new truck value. So trade for like $60,000 get a new one for $75,000 I only pay 7% on the $15,000 not on the $75,000. Saved over $4k by trading in at the time I got my new one. Luckily the trade value are still high right now.

Well I really dont want to rub salt in the wounds here, but just pointing out how they must be pulling builds out of a hat.......

I ordered on Sept 10th, and went to D1 the end of Sept with a Estimated ship date of 11/4. Called to check on the progress today and my ship date has moved to 10/26! Nice surprise for me!
Hope mine ordered 3 days later follows yours out. Going to Check with Mark Dodge the 13th of this month. As my sales lady told me to text her then to see where its at.

Ordered my 2022 Longhorn Mega Cab 3500 HO on 8/16. Built on 9/29. Currently awaiting shipment. Window sticker / build sheet available.

Had a 1973 Camper Special with a big block. Loved that truck. Until a 150 year old Red Oak fell across it. Man that did a number on that truck. Odd back then a 1/2 ton could haul and pull what those trucks would do.
