As a life long Cleveland Browns fan, and with my Browns starting strong coming off a winning playoff season, I believe I am entitled to bequeath the nickname of the Browns stadium of “Factory of Sadness” to anyone I wish.

I hereby bequeath this nickname to the Stellantis Ram plant in Saltillo. It shall now forever be known as the Factory of Sadness.

Nah, Stellantis is pumping out tons of Rams under the current conditions. The thread needs to be renamed "Factory of Sadness".

Sure, also on the right side of the tag on the same plug as the 7 pin appears to have another camera plug (possibly for the 360 trailer cameras?) Instead of the 4 pin I usually see, I'll get pix of that also tomorrow

Tailgate release in the key fob already present EDIT: Mod complete and works!

In case anyone was wondering like I was. The regular key fobs have the proper circuit board for the tailgate release. As you can see in the image they just didn’t actually add the button itself. I held some wires to it to give it power and abracadabra, my tailgate opened. I’m sure someone can...

Took apart original key fob and soldered a tiny switch on the circuit board where the tailgate release and remote start buttons should be. Tailgate release worked immediately. I already have the hood ajar switch (some vehicles come with it and some don't) so I only need to have the dealership add sales code for remote start (or use alphaobd) and my remote start should work. I'm also hoping the remote start option will pop up on the app after adding the sales code.

How long have you been waiting and for what? Mines a reorder from a screwup the dealer made on a 2021 3500 4/21 order delivered on 6/10. I reordered on 6/14.

Ram 3500 Limited Mega Night Edition HO SRW short bed all options except telematics…

That's the only way I know of that town haha. But I'm looking to order this or next week, just posted about special/limited editions and wanted to see if they would show one off for the Texas Auto Show for the HD, probs not but yeah. And a new color "Harvest Sunrise", hmmm... Also, they just changed even more packages/options this week, so want to order right after it all settles down for ordering. Managed to find 2 out of 23 dealers in the Cleveland Area that do Price Protection as well. Just updated my signature. Your build will be sick btw.

My 3500 Mega Limited has a ship date of Oct 1 and Sandi said it would be about 6 weeks for delivery… she also said 14-16 weeks from when I ordered July 14 and so far she’s bang on!

Definitely curious about that one, too, if it’s not the 12 pin or 4 pin.

I have a friend that lives in Puerto Vallarta and drives to AZ and back once a month. He passes right by the factory each time he makes the trip. Told him last week when I saw him to grab my white 3500 Laramie…. Or grab anyone, doesn’t necessarily have to be mine! Lol.

Does anyone have anymore insight on either of these? A tow specific navigation sounds pretty nice! However an electronic shift knob on a 3500 sounds like something I've never wanted lol (I was trying to post a screenshot but I don't think I have enough posts yet)

The HD already has that, it's had it for awhile actually on the HD's, but it's specific for the Gas trucks only. Cummins options still have the column shifter.

Edit: It's just stating the Limited with the Black interior has a Black Onyx version of it now for 2022.
 
I hope you're right lol, I'd much rather a column shifter. It has it listed there just under "Ram HD Limited interior features". But hopefully not on the diesel.

I hope you're right lol, I'd much rather a column shifter. It has it listed there just under "Ram HD Limited interior features", but doesn't specify motor requirements.
