2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I am thinking they try to spread the love to dealers across the nation and not build too much at one time for a particular dealer/zone??
The rest, who knows. My June BH order with night edition from Mark Dodge will likely not get any love anytime soon….still D status.

I find that hard to believe when the 5.7 in my wife’s Grand Cherokee requires a minimum of 89 octane. If the 6.4 could have used 87 I may have gone with that this time just because of what maintenance cost has become. I was actually looking at the Power Wagon when I was considering the 6.4 even though that only comes in a 2500. I don’t remember where I saw the Premium requirement but I know I saw it somewhere.
Here is the link someone posted earlier to the 2022 manual: https://msmownerassets.z13.web.core...22/2500/P128934_22_DJD2_OM_EN_USC_DIGITAL.pdf

And here is the octane requirement on page 463:
6.4L ENGINE
Do not use E-85 flex fuel or ethanol blends greater
than 15% in this engine.
This engine is designed to meet all emissions regulations and provide satisfactory fuel economy and performance when using high quality
unleaded gasoline having a posted octane number of 87 as specified by the (R+M)/2 method.

Aye. Ram chat said my truck is in shipping stage. Been in storage for a week. Dealer told me shipping date was the 25th. Called my salesman to check again to see if it got Bumped up. And they will get back with me. Truck was completed on 9/8

Can anyone help me with this question? If I were to order the two tone paint on a 22, what would the lower paint color be? One dealer said gray and the other said brown. Since the 22 info is still not on the web, I just have no idea which one is correct.

The Uconnect 5 is proving to be difficult - as the app isn’t even on the system (that I can see). It may need a couple days to update, so I’ll keep checking back.
If you have the 8.4 non-navigation Uconnect 5, is it even capable of the app for connected services? I know the Uconnect 4 non-nav 8.4 radios were not.

Am I still D1? My dealer said the first week or so in October i should expect delivery.

The '22 manual says nothing (that I could find) about 89 recommended. It does recommend Top Tier fuel which may only be available as 89 in some areas.

Hey guys trying to find where I can build a 2022 online? I can find the 2021 but not 2022. When I build a 2021 laramie with all the options I want and then do a 2021 limited the limited is only like 2,500 more. Is it worth it to bump up for that amount?
thanks!
